Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Design Specialist with hands-on book publishing experience to serve as the primary liaison between our authors and design production. Key Responsibilities

Author Communication: Act as the main point of contact for authors during the graphic prep phase, providing high-touch support via email and phone. Print Asset Evaluation: Review author-submitted graphics, illustrations, and headshots to verify they meet strict print quality standards and technical specifications.
