As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and engaging content across various platforms. You will work both individually and collaborate with our creative team to produce high-quality graphics that align with our brand identity and support our marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities

Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media, YouTube thumbnails, website assets, email campaigns, brochures/ flyers, posters, Broadcast, on-site banners/ LED Boards and advertisements.

Develop original concepts and execute designs that communicate our brand message effectively.

Ensure all designs adhere to branding and maintain a consistent look and feel.

Work closely with direct team to understand project requirements and objectives.

Willing to collaborate with team members to produce cohesive and compelling marketing materials.

Asking questions to ensure your meeting expectations for projects

Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine designs.

Able to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.

In a fast-paced environment, each team member needs to be taking initiative and being a team player on helping getting all projects done

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve design processes and contribute to the overall creativity of the team.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.

Experience in sports design

Experience creating both print and digital assets

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).

Strong understanding of design principles, hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.

Ability to work quick to complete high volume requests while keeping quality

Experience with motion graphics and AI tools is a plus.
