We’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer & Image Retoucher to create, improve, and maintain high-quality visual assets across the business. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong design eye, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to turn ideas and existing assets into polished, professional creative work.

The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design, image retouching, and photo-editing skills, with the ability to enhance images and create visually consistent assets across marketing and business channels.

  Create and update high-quality graphic design assets across the business

• →

  Refresh and improve existing creative materials to maintain a modern, consistent brand look

• →

  Design assets for social media, websites, presentations, campaigns, and other business needs

• →

  Retouch and edit photography, including colour correction, background cleanup, image enhancement, and detailed photo manipulation

• →

  Work within existing brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas

• →

  Resize and adapt designs for different platforms and formats

• →

  Collaborate with internal teams to understand creative requirements and deliver projects on time

• →

  Maintain consistent quality across all visual content

• →

  Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design and image-editing work

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator

• Proficiency in Figma

• Strong image retouching and photo-editing skills

• Excellent understanding of typography, colour, layout, composition, and branding

• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of visual quality

• Ability to work independently and take creative ownership

• Strong communication skills and ability to respond to feedback and revisions efficiently

• Experience creating social media and digital marketing assets

• Commercial photography and image retouching experience

• Motion graphics or basic video-editing skills

• Experience working with established brand guidelines

• Experience in a fast-paced business or agency environment
