Group Engineering Manager - 16715
Quick Summary
Group Engineering Manager— Structural Design & Engineering Content Confidential Engineering & Technology Company Location: Bogotá, Colombia
Leadership & People Manage, coach, and develop a team of structural engineers and technical leads. Foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and growth. Set and track team-level goals, capacity, and delivery velocity.
Engineers became engineers to solve problems — not to wrestle with outdated spreadsheets and clunky design tools. Our platform exists to change that.
We help structural engineers run fast, accurate calculations without inflexible software, freeing them to focus on design, innovation, and problem-solving. Today, our cloud-based calculators power 50,000+ projects a year across the Americas and Australia, with standards bodies and manufacturers partnering with us to modernize how engineering decisions are made.
And we’re just getting started.
As a Group Engineering Manager, you’ll lead one of our two structural engineering groups. These are multidisciplinary teams of structural engineers and technical leads. Together, these teams build and maintain the structural design tools that power ClearCalcs.
This role combines hands-on engineering and technical QA with high-level project management and people leadership. You’ll coach and grow a team of 5–8 engineers, ensuring their work meets the highest standards of accuracy and clarity. You’ll also partner closely with Customer Success, Product, Development, and the Director of Engineering to align delivery with company strategy and ensure predictable, scalable output.
