Working Hours: 8AM - 5PM (Mon - Fri) EST
Salary Range: $3,000 - $3,500 USD ($) (The final offer is at the client’s discretion and depends on the candidate’s interview result, skills, and experience.)
Type of contract: Independent Contractor
Type of job: Remote
About the Role:
We’re looking for a high-caliber marketing leader to build and scale our marketing function from the ground up. This person will own key demand generation channels, help shape strategy, and eventually build a team around the role. The ideal candidate is senior-level, highly competent, experienced in the U.S. market, and comfortable taking ownership without needing close supervision. This is not a pure individual-contributor role. We need someone who can both execute and lead — someone who can think strategically, identify the right resources, and bring in the right people to help grow the function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Meta ads, and cold email
- Own and manage ad budgets with a focus on performance and ROI
- Work closely with leadership to align marketing with company goals
- Develop and refine messaging and positioning for a B2B audience
- Coordinate with and manage graphic designers, copywriters, and other marketing support
- Build out systems and processes that can support higher-volume marketing efforts
- Recruit, manage, and develop a team of marketing specialists as needed
- Ensure all marketing output is high quality, on-brand, and tailored to the U.S. business environment
- Report directly to leadership with clear insights, recommendations, and performance updates
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Senior-level marketing experience, ideally with a strong track record in U.S. B2B marketing
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns, especially LinkedIn, Meta, and outbound email
- Strong leadership ability and experience building or managing teams
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
- A strategic thinker who can operate independently and make sound decisions
- Someone who can bring structure, process, and expertise to a growing marketing function
- Experience managing external resources or contractors is a plus
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Background in lead generation or demand generation
- Experience in technical, healthcare, or service-based B2B businesses
- Familiarity with scaling teams in fast-moving environments
- Ability to evaluate and manage creative and copy talent
Why this Role Matters:
You will play a key role in helping the company move beyond ad hoc or outsourced marketing efforts and into a more scalable, in-house growth model. We need someone who can come in, assess what’s working, identify gaps, and build the team and systems needed to drive consistent results.
