About the Role:
Seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Generalist to manage the day-to-day human resources functions across the growing portfolio. This is a foundational role responsible for ensuring the companies remain organized, compliant, and fully staffed.
The ideal candidate is a "culture-builder" who balances administrative precision with excellent interpersonal skills. You will serve as the primary point of contact for employees while supporting leadership in scaling operational capacity.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: post job openings, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitate the offer process, including preparing offer letters, employment documents, and conducting background/reference checks.
- Own the onboarding journey, ensuring all new hire paperwork, tax forms, and IDs are collected and filed.
- Maintain meticulously organized digital employee records.
- Coordinate with IT and Operations to ensure new hires have the tools and access they need on Day 1.
What We Offer

- Monitor required professional licenses, certifications, and mandatory training renewals.
- Support disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and exit interviews.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions, resolving concerns with high confidentiality.
- Track performance reviews, merit increases, and bonuses.
- Assist leadership in identifying staffing gaps and tracking company-wide KPIs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in HR, Recruiting, or high-level Administration.
- Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Teams) and comfort navigating various HRIS/Payroll platforms.
- Discretion: Proven ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with professional integrity.
- Organization: Superior detail orientation and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have

- Hands-on experience with ADP, Rippling, or similar modern HRIS platforms.
- Deep understanding of HR compliance and labor law best practices.
