Position : HR Manager

Working Schedule : 8am-5pm EST

 

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. This role ensures the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining a positive and compliant workplace environment.

• →Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• →Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• →Oversee employee relations and resolve workplace concerns
• →Lead performance management and employee development initiatives
• →Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
• →Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
• →Support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development
• →Maintain accurate HR records and reporting

• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3  years in a managerial role
• 3+ years of experience working professionally in ADP
• 3+ years of experience working with HR Software
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
