Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various departments to develop effective recruitment strategies and job descriptions to meet staffing needs
  • Source and screen potential job candidates using innovative tools, techniques, and methods, including social media and job boards
  • Conduct initial interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers, as well as participate in the decision-making process for final candidate selection
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive candidate database, ensuring accuracy and consistency of candidate records and resumes
  • Conduct background checks and reference checks on candidates, as needed
  • Ensure that all recruiting activities are in compliance with company policies, practices, and regulations
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in recruitment and staffing and update processes and procedures as necessary
 

Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR-related functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Proven track record of sourcing and retaining top talent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
