Position: Inside Sales and Research Assistant

 

Location: Remote (LatAm preferable Colombia)

Work Schedule: 9am-5pm EST 

Salary: $1000-$1200 + commission bonus (base salary is depending on experience)

 

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales & Lead Research Assistant to help us  identify, qualify, and generate new commercial landscaping opportunities.

This role is responsible for building our sales pipeline by researching target properties,  identifying decision-makers, conducting outbound outreach, and setting qualified appointments  for our U.S.-based sales manager.

This is a performance-driven role with clear expectations and growth opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Research & Prospect List Building

● Identify new commercial account targets that align with the company’s ideal property  portfolio (HOAs, retail centers, office buildings, medical facilities, Schools, Churches,  Industrial buildings, etc.)

● Research and compile accurate contact information for decision-makers 

● Build and maintain organized prospect lists in CRM

● Focus on high-quality, ideal-fit properties

 

2. Outbound Prospecting

● Conduct outbound calls to property managers and decision-makers

● Send professional outreach emails using provided templates

● Follow structured scripts while maintaining a natural conversation style 

● Track all outreach activities in CRM

 

3. Lead Qualification

● Ask key questions to determine:

○ Current landscaping provider

○ Satisfaction level

○ Contract renewal timing

● Identify opportunities where a proposal is appropriate

● Accurately document all findings, tracking contract renewal timelines for following up  with lead when a decision to change vendors is imminent

 

4. Appointment Setting

● Schedule qualified appointments for our sales manager

● Confirm and follow up on scheduled meetings

● Ensure calendar accuracy and communication

 

5. CRM Management & Reporting

● Maintain clean and organized CRM data

● Log all calls, emails, and interactions

● Provide daily/weekly activity reports

 

Performance Expectations (KPIs):

Weekly targets:

● 150–300 new leads researched

● 150–250 outbound calls

● 100–200 emails sent

● 5–10 qualified appointments set

Success in this role is measured by qualified appointments and contribution to closed  deals.

 

Requirements:

● 3–5 years experience in:

○ Inside sales, lead generation, or appointment setting

● Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

● Comfortable making outbound calls daily

● Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Monday, Jobber, or similar) 

● Highly organized and detail-oriented

● Reliable internet connection and professional work environment

 

Preferred (Not Required):

● Experience working with U.S.-based companies

● Background in real estate, property management, or B2B services 

● Proven track record of setting appointments or generating leads
