We help people navigate complex family law matters in Houston, Texas. We are looking for a highly driven, empathetic, and disciplined Remote Sales & Intake Specialist based in Latin America to join our team. This is a phone-first, high-volume consultative sales role. Your goal is to guide prospective clients from their initial inquiry to booking a paid consultation with our legal team.
We are looking for a confident, self-driven phone closer with near-native English speakers who can build trust fast with people in crisis, work US hours from a reliable home setup, and stay disciplined about not giving legal advice.This remote position has the exact same core duties and high-performance expectations as our in-office intake team. To be successful, you must embrace the reality of high-volume, consultative phone sales.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Own the Inbound Pipeline: Promptly and professionally answer inbound calls, web inquiries, live chats, and referral leads. You will also serve as a vital backup line of coverage—every call must be answered immediately, and no lead is ever left sitting.
- →Lead Intake & Screening: Conduct initial interviews with prospects, gather detailed case information, and qualify potential cases against our firm's specific criteria.
- →Drive the Consultative Sale: Build immediate trust with callers, guide prospects through the hiring process, and confidently explain our services, fee structures, and engagement steps (strictly within approved guidelines).
- →Close the Consultation: Schedule attorney consultations, coordinate calendar appointments, and assist with distributing, executing, and collecting signed retainer agreements.
- →Relentless Follow-Up: Actively follow up with leads who don't book on the first call to maximize our conversion rates.
- →Maintain Data Integrity: Accurately collect and verify prospect documents, and log all communication, lead sources, and response times in our CRM and case management systems.
- →Hit Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed established intake response times and conversion goals.
Requirements:
- →Professional Services Background: 3 years prior experience in legal intake, within a law firm, or a fast-paced professional-services environment.
- →Legal Tech & CRM Familiarity: Hands-on experience using Clio Grow and Clio Manage, or comparable CRM and case management systems.
- →Tech Stack Comfort: Proficiency with communication and productivity tools, including RingCentral, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.
- →US & Texas Cultural Fluency: Strong familiarity with U.S. phone and sales etiquette, with enough cultural fluency to easily build trust and rapport with clients in Texas.
- →Basic Legal Knowledge: A baseline understanding of general legal processes and basic family law terminology.
- →Empathetic Sales Experience: Prior experience selling or closing in high-emotion, sensitive contexts (such as healthcare, counseling, financial hardship, or family services).
