We are hiring a hands-on Research Team Lead to manage and elevate our research and administrative team. This is an operations-driven leadership role requiring both strong people management and individual contribution.
You will be responsible for driving team performance, maintaining high standards of accuracy, improving workflows, and ensuring research output meets business needs. This is not a passive management role — you will actively contribute to research, review work, and step in wherever needed.
Responsibilities

- →Manage and oversee the daily performance of the research/admin team
- →Set clear expectations, KPIs, and output targets

Training & Development
- →Coach and develop team members to improve performance and output quality
- →Identify skill gaps and implement training where needed
- →Foster a culture of accountability, speed, and continuous improvement
Research & Quality Control
- →Conduct hands-on research, particularly within the entertainment space
- →Review team output for accuracy, completeness, and credibility
- →Verify information across multiple sources and ensure high data integrity
- →Catch and correct errors before they impact downstream work
Operations & Process Improvement
- →Improve internal workflows, SOPs, and team efficiency
- →Identify operational gaps and proactively implement solutions
- →Help optimize and refine AI-assisted research workflows
- →Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Proven experience managing research, admin, or operations teams
- Strong research skills with the ability to verify and validate information
- Experience reviewing work for accuracy and quality control
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Comfortable using digital tools, spreadsheets, and research platforms
- Experience working with AI tools or automation is a plus
- Strong leadership and accountability mindset
- Direct communicator, comfortable having difficult conversations
