Our client is a growing Florida-based real estate development company focused on building high-quality residential communities throughout South and Central Florida.

The company specializes in build-to-rent communities, residential land development, and multifamily developments. With an expanding portfolio and growing network of investment partners, the company is scaling its operations and building a strong team to support its continued growth.

The Investor Relations Manager will own the day-to-day relationship with the company's existing investor base and manage investor communications throughout the investment lifecycle.

This role will serve as the primary point of contact for investors, supporting onboarding, reporting, investor inquiries, capital calls, distributions, documentation, and ongoing relationship management.

The successful candidate will work closely with Capital Formation, Development, Finance, Accounting, and senior leadership to ensure investors receive accurate, timely, and professional communication.

This is an opportunity for someone with strong investor relations or investment management experience to take ownership of the IR function within a growing real estate investment platform.

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for existing investors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through proactive communication and regular follow-ups.
• Respond to investor questions and information requests professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain information and resolve investor requests.
• Prepare investor communications regarding project performance, timelines, milestones, and developments.
• Coordinate investor calls, meetings, and relationship-management activities.

• Manage the quarterly investor reporting process from receiving finalized information through delivery.
• Prepare clear and professional investor reports using information from Finance, Accounting, Development, and other teams.
• Translate project updates, financial performance, construction progress, leasing, sales, and development milestones into investor-facing communications.
• Coordinate internal reviews to ensure reports are accurate and delivered on schedule.
• Maintain reporting calendars and investor communication records.

• Manage investor onboarding once an investment commitment has been secured.
• Coordinate Operating Agreements, subscription documents, and other required documentation.
• Collect and maintain investor information, entity documents, W-9s, W-8s, accreditation documentation, and related materials.
• Maintain accurate investor ownership information and investment history.

• Manage investor-facing communications related to capital calls.
• Track capital call responses and coordinate with internal teams.
• Manage communications regarding investor distributions.
• Coordinate delivery of K-1s and other tax-related documents prepared by accounting and tax professionals.
• Maintain organized records of investor correspondence and documentation.

• Maintain investor CRM records, communication history, and distribution lists.
• Develop repeatable processes for investor onboarding, reporting, and communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve investor relations processes as the company grows.
• Help maintain a professional and consistent investor experience throughout the investment lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, real estate private equity, investment management, private equity, fund operations, asset management, capital markets, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of investment concepts, financial statements, capital structures, investment returns, and real estate terminology.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with sophisticated investors.
• Strong ability to translate complex financial and project information into clear communications.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to independently manage relationships, processes, and recurring responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM/investor database systems.
• Strong professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential financial and investor information.

• Experience working with private investment vehicles.
• Real estate investment or development experience.
• Experience working with high-net-worth investors.
• Background in real estate private equity, fund management, or investment operations.
• Experience managing investor reporting and capital call/distribution processes.
