We are looking for a tech-forward professional to manage our digital infrastructure while playing a key role in the technical success of our emerging SaaS platform.
The Role
We are seeking a versatile IT Operations & AI Product Specialist. This is a high-impact role for a "Technical Generalist" who can balance day-to-day IT support with the high-level architecture of our proprietary SaaS platform. You will be the "digital backbone" of our team, ensuring our internal tech stack is seamless while helping us build, test, and maintain the automations that power our new AI platform.
Key Responsibilities
1. SaaS Platform & AI Product Support
- Product Oversight: Manage the technical backend of our proprietary SaaS platform, ensuring seamless integration between our AI models and the user interface.
- Feature Testing & QA: Work closely with our development team to test new AI features, provide technical feedback, and ensure the platform meets the specific needs of senior care providers.
- Customer Tech Support: Act as the Tier 2 support for SaaS users, troubleshooting platform-specific issues and documenting bugs for the development team.
2. AI & Automation Engineering
- Core Product Automations: Design and maintain the sophisticated back-end automations (via Zapier, Make, or custom APIs) that enable our SaaS platform to deliver real-time value.
- Internal Efficiencies: Build AI-driven workflows to automate content generation and research tasks for our consulting wing.
- LLM Integration: Assist in fine-tuning and managing the Large Language Models (LLMs) used within our platform to ensure output quality and accuracy.
3. Systems Administration & IT Infrastructure
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee onboarding/offboarding for team members, managing Google Workspace/Microsoft 365 accounts and permissions.
- Tech Stack Ownership: Administer our internal ecosystem (CRM, Project Management, Slack), ensuring all tools are optimized for a remote-first team.
- Technical Triage: Provide rapid internal support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
4. Data Security & Governance
SaaS Security: Ensure our proprietary platform adheres to strict data privacy standards (HIPAA/SOC2 awareness is a plus).
Documentation: Maintain clear logs of platform architecture, automation logic, and security protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years in IT Operations or Systems Administration, with proven experience working within a SaaS or Product environment.
- SaaS & API Proficiency: * Deep experience connecting disparate platforms via API and webhooks.
- Expertise in Zapier or Make.com for building multi-step, logic-heavy workflows.
- AI Literacy: Experience with AI prompting, Custom GPTs, and integrating AI models into external-facing products.
- Cloud Suite Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration.
- Analytical Mindset: The ability to look at a product feature and understand the technical "plumbing" required to make it work.
- Previous experience in a Healthcare or Senior Care tech environment.
- Basic coding/scripting knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or SQL) to help manipulate data within the SaaS platform.
- Experience with HubSpot as a CRM and automation engine.
