About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Digital Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing Australian ecommerce brand.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting and executing performance-focused marketing campaigns across both paid and organic channels, with a strong emphasis on ecommerce growth and consumer brand development. You’ll work closely with the company’s co-founders on campaign planning, budget allocation, and target setting, while collaborating with creative, merchandising, and brand teams to drive traffic, conversions, and overall brand awareness.

This is a hands-on opportunity within a collaborative and fast-paced team where your contributions will have a direct impact on the growth of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Support the setup, execution, and optimisation of paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok

  • Manage email and SMS marketing initiatives through Klaviyo, including audience segmentation, automations, A/B testing, and reporting

  • Oversee organic social media scheduling and community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

  • Liaise with external agencies and platform representatives to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and within budget

  • Monitor ecommerce performance metrics including website traffic, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and ROAS

  • Assist with planning and coordinating promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and major retail moments

  • Work alongside the web team on landing page optimisation and conversion rate improvement initiatives

  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports across all active channels

  • Collaborate directly with co-founders on marketing budgets, channel targets, and campaign performance reviews

  • Track KPIs, identify trends, and proactively highlight growth opportunities or performance issues

  • Maintain campaign tracking and attribution accuracy through proper UTM management

  • Coordinate with creative teams to brief content requirements and maintain strong brand consistency

  • Assist with content calendar planning and influencer/creator collaboration initiatives

  • Support the creation of retail marketing materials, sell sheets, and advertising assets for retail partners

  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, or Shopify

  • Strong understanding of ecommerce funnels and performance metrics across awareness, conversion, and retention stages

  • Analytical mindset with solid Excel or Google Sheets skills and the ability to interpret marketing data effectively

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable collaborating closely with founders and teams working in Australian time zones

Nice to Have
