Data & CAD Import: Import and utilize DWG/DXF files, aerial imagery, and property survey data to build precise project basemaps.
File Management: Maintain organized, cloud-based digital asset libraries for active and completed project designs.

Professional Experience: Proven track record in residential landscape design, landscape architecture, or high-end outdoor living design.
Portfolio Requirement: Strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential landscape projects, 2D plan sets, and realistic 3D renderings.
Primary Software Proficiency: Deep expertise using Structure Studios' Vip3D (or direct proficiency in VizTerra, Pool Studio, SketchUp Pro, Vectorworks Landmark, or AutoCAD with a willingness to operate within Vip3D).
Landscape & Construction Knowledge: Solid understanding of residential hardscaping, grading, planting logic, outdoor structures, materials, and spatial functionality.
Communication & Sales Mindset: Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with a commercial understanding that high-quality visual designs serve as core sales tools.
Time Zone Alignment: Full availability to work dedicated part-time hours aligned with standard US business hours.

Hands-on experience designing Southwestern / Arizona desert landscapes and hardscape features.
Prior experience using Structure Studios' Vip3D for high-resolution path tracing, lighting animation, and video presentation outputs.
Experience producing line-item material callouts and automatic quantity takeoffs directly from design software.

Sales Pipeline Velocity: Rapid turnaround times on converting initial project briefs and owner sketches into client-ready 3D proposals.
Design Accuracy: Delivering 100% accurate 2D site plans and construction layouts that reflect real-world site constraints and material specs.
Closing Conversion Rate: Elevating proposal presentation quality to directly contribute to higher bid-to-close rates on high-value residential projects.
