Implement new features and functionality based on operational needs

Translate documented requirements into clean, maintainable code

Work within an existing architecture to expand system capabilities

Support integration of new workflows into the platform

Optimize database queries and application performance where possible

Identify opportunities to improve system usability or automation

Maintain version control and follow coding best practices

Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and leadership

Work from existing documentation and contribute updates when necessary

Participate in planning and discussion around feature enhancements

Experience working with PHP

Experience with the Laravel framework

Familiarity with MySQL or similar relational databases

Understanding of REST APIs

Experience working with existing codebases and debugging applications

Familiarity with Git or other version control systems

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

Ability to work independently with clear documentation

Detail-oriented and methodical in debugging and feature implementation

Comfortable collaborating remotely with a distributed team

Candidates must be based in Latin America

Ability to work during overlapping U.S. business hours

Experience working with legacy or internally built systems

Familiarity with frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)

Experience with API integrations

Previous experience supporting operational or business management software

Work on a real-world operational platform used daily by two business units
