(LatAm) Admin Assistant/Junior Processor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with processing and data entry tasks
• Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and emails
• Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
• Assist in managing calendars and scheduling appointments
• Provide general administrative support to the team

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years of previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to grasp new concepts and tasks efficiently.
