About the role
We are looking for a highly driven and performance-oriented LATAM Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital growth strategy. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in e-commerce and performance marketing who understands how to scale Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands. You will own the full marketing funnel — from paid acquisition and content strategy to influencer marketing and revenue optimization — while being fully accountable for performance metrics and growth outcomes.
This is a hands-on role. We are not looking for someone who only manages agencies — we need someone who can both think strategically and execute effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining strong ROAS and efficient CAC.
- Conduct ongoing testing (creatives, audiences, funnels, offers).
- Monitor attribution, tracking, and data accuracy.
- Own paid acquisition strategy across the full funnel.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with DTC growth.
- Strengthen brand positioning, especially within beauty, luxury, or premium markets.
- Ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Lead content strategy aligned with performance goals.
- Oversee UGC and influencer campaigns to drive awareness and conversions.
- Manage social media growth initiatives tied to revenue impact.
- Identify creative trends and performance-driven content opportunities.
- Own and report on key performance metrics:
- ROAS
- CAC
- Conversion Rate
- Revenue Growth
- Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
- Build actionable reporting dashboards and present insights.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
Requeriments:
- 4+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads (required).
- Proven track record scaling DTC brands.
- Experience in beauty, luxury, or premium consumer brands (preferred).
- Strong understanding of paid media attribution and analytics.
- Experience managing influencers, UGC strategies, and social growth.
- Comfortable owning revenue and growth KPIs.
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically.
- Strong analytical skills and performance-driven mindset.
