Our client is a cash-based sports rehabilitation clinic and training facility located just outside Boston. They specialize in niche, performance-focused physical therapy and strength training, serving highly motivated clients who are serious about recovery and performance. 


About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Paid Media Manager with hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns for local service businesses.

This role will own paid media strategy, execution, optimization, reporting, and the technical management of lead flow infrastructure through GoHighLevel and CRM integrations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Local, Performance Max)
  • Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Develop campaign structures tailored to local service acquisition
  • Build and test new creatives and landing page variations
  • Improve cost-per-lead and lead quality
     
  • Manage and maintain the GoHighLevel account
  • Connect and manage integrations between ads (Google/Meta) and GoHighLevel
  • Ensure all leads from website and paid ads are properly captured inside GoHighLevel
  • Build and optimize automations, workflows, tagging, and call booking systems within GoHighLevel
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Zapier connections between GoHighLevel and Keap (Infusionsoft)
  • Ensure accurate lead routing and tracking across all systems
  • Deliver clear, actionable monthly reports
  • Monitor KPIs and adjust campaigns proactively
  • Maintain strong communication cadence with leadership
  • Provide insight — not just data

Funnel & Conversion Optimization

  • Evaluate landing pages and offer positioning
  • Improve conversion tracking accuracy
  • Recommend CRO improvements
  • Identify expansion opportunities (retargeting, lookalikes, new segments)
  • Support growth initiatives tied to online expansion

 

Requeriments:

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads
  • Proven success running campaigns for local businesses (PT clinics, gyms, healthcare, service businesses preferred)
  • Hands-on experience managing GoHighLevel accounts
     
  • Experience building automations, workflows, and call booking systems in GoHighLevel
  • Experience integrating CRMs (Keap/Infusionsoft preferred) using Zapier
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to operate independently without agency-level bureaucracy
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Experience managing monthly budgets responsibly
  • Ability to explain performance clearly to non-technical leadership
