Our client is one of South Florida’s leading chiropractic networks, with 10 clinics serving thousands of patients every year. As they continue to grow and attract new patients through high-performing Meta advertising campaigns, they are seeking a dedicated Lead Qualifier to ensure every inbound lead is followed up quickly, professionally, and converted efficiently into scheduled appointments.
About the Role
~1 min readThe Lead Qualifier will manage all inbound leads generated through Facebook and web campaigns, ensuring a seamless experience from first contact through appointment scheduling. Acting as the bridge between potential patients, the AI chatbot, and clinic front desks, this person will play a key role in driving conversion rates and supporting accurate cost-per-acquisition tracking.
This is a fast-paced, customer-facing position that requires empathy, organization, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to think critically and deliver an excellent first impression for our client.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Engage promptly with inbound leads via text and phone to answer questions and schedule appointments across all 10 clinic locations.
- →Monitor AI chatbot conversations and step in when a human touch is required to finalize bookings or resolve queries.
- →Track each lead from initial contact through appointment and purchase for accurate cost-per-acquisition reporting.
- →Double-confirm upcoming appointments, reduce no-shows, and manage rescheduling when needed.
- →Handle inbound patient calls and assist with general appointment scheduling.
- →Maintain accurate records in the EHR system and within Quo (VOIP platform).
- →Communicate effectively with the internal team via Slack and provide regular updates on lead conversions.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required).
- Based in Latin America, with a stable internet connection and a professional home setup (multi-screen preferred).
- 1–3 years’ experience in customer service, telemarketing, or appointment coordination roles.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with a friendly, empathetic tone.
- Critical thinker capable of answering nuanced questions about services, insurance, and clinic processes.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage 20–30 leads per day across multiple locations.
- Familiarity with VOIP systems (e.g., Quo), Slack, and CRM/EHR tools preferred.
- Sales-driven mindset - confident converting warm leads into scheduled appointments.
- Reliable, personable, and able to build trust quickly with patients.
- Stage 1: Introductory call with the hiring managers.
- Stage 2: Second interview with one of the team leads for role alignment and fit.
- Optional: Final background check (criminal, employment, and education verification).
