We provide a gold standard of care by integrating psychotherapy, behavioral coaching, and digital resources into a holistic care model. By recognizing the intersectionality of cultural, gendered, and religious identities, we tailor our evidence-based treatments to the individual.
Role Overview
We are recruiting clinicians to support our growing client base. We handle the administrative workflows, insurance credentialing, and marketing so you can focus entirely on high-quality clinical care.
Successful candidates should possess the following:
A vested interest in and extensive experience working with diverse populations, regardless of
the clinician's own cultural/racial/ethnic identity.
Who You Are
● Clinical Expertise: Competent in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, DBT, and ACT.
● Cultural Commitment: Possess a vested interest and extensive experience working with diverse populations, regardless of your own cultural identity.
● Operational Readiness: Comfortable with telehealth technology, reliable internet, and timely documentation of services.
● Collaborative Spirit: Willing to participate in upfront training on the Anise care model and engage in regular peer consultations.
Clinical Competency
● Competency in evidence-based treatment, including, though not limited to CBT, DBT, & ACT.
● Active license as a Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD), LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPCC, or registered as a Psychological Associate, ASW/LMSW, AMFT, AMHC, APCC in CA, NY, WA, MA or FL.
● We also welcome Clinical Psychologists licensed in the 39 PSYPACT participating states to apply.
● Willingness to get credentialed with Anise's health plan and referral partners and accept insurance on a go-forward basis (Anise will support and pay for the administrative process).
● Reliable internet connection and comfort learning new technology systems.
● Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
● Individual NPI number
Time Commitment:
A minimum of 15 hours per week, with a caseload capacity to take on 10 clients. You may set your own hours and choose how many clients you would like to take on beyond the minimum commitment which you may increase and/or decrease, as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
● Per-session reimbursement in-line with group practice rates ($80-105 per 53 min session, commensurate with licensure type and experience)
● Credentialing Support: Anise manages and pays for the administrative process of health plan credentialing.
● Clinical Growth: Access to measurement-based care feedback and ongoing training.
● Flexibility: Set your own schedule beyond the state-specific minimum commitments
