About the Role

  • Build and maintain a structured content calendar and posting cadence

  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and formats

  • Monitor engagement and continuously optimize content for reach and performance

  • Identify opportunities to increase visibility, engagement, and audience growth


    • Own LinkedIn content strategy for 6–7 executive leaders

    • Manage a centralized workflow for drafting, approvals, and publishing

    • Write high-quality posts aligned with:

      • Company initiatives

      • Industry trends

      • Internal conversations and insights

    • Collaborate directly with executives to refine tone and messaging

    • Build a consistent and credible thought leadership presence for each leader


    • Generate content ideas using a mix of:

      • AI tools

      • Industry research

      • Internal meetings and updates

    • Translate complex topics (technology, cybersecurity, business strategy) into clear, engaging content

    • Develop a mix of:

      • Short-form social content

      • Thought leadership posts

      • Insight-driven commentary

    • Ensure content aligns with broader company positioning and messaging


    • Contribute to the development of a company newsletter

    • Support planning and coordination of C-suite video or thought leadership content

    • Identify timely, relevant topics that resonate with clients and target audiences

    • Repurpose content across formats (social → newsletter → video, etc.)


    • Track performance across platforms (engagement, reach, growth)

    • Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve content performance

    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity

    • Continuously refine content strategy based on data and feedback


    This role requires someone who is both creative and operational — someone who can generate ideas, execute consistently, and improve performance over time.
