Responsibilities

Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)

Develop rollout strategies for releases, show announcements, and brand initiatives

Monitor social media performance and optimize for engagement and growth

Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity

Launch and manage Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns for events, pre-sales, and music releases

Execute dark ad campaigns targeting key audience segments

Track campaign performance and report on ROI using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Bird, and Eventtree

Update artist and brand websites with new content, releases, and announcements

Maintain profiles on platforms like Resident Advisor, Bandsintown, Laylo, Hoo.be, Komi, etc.

Manage email and SMS marketing campaigns

Coordinate with the design team on flyers and digital assets

Collaborate closely with artists and the creative team to align marketing with projects and events

Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging platform features
Requirements

2+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management (music industry strongly preferred)

Proficiency in Facebook/Instagram advertising and analytics tools

Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.) for content creation

Creative mindset with a deep understanding of digital culture and trends

Available to work full-time in Eastern Time hours (9AM–5PM or 10AM–6PM)
