Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)

  • Develop rollout strategies for releases, show announcements, and brand initiatives

  • Monitor social media performance and optimize for engagement and growth

  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity

    • Launch and manage Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns for events, pre-sales, and music releases

    • Execute dark ad campaigns targeting key audience segments

    • Track campaign performance and report on ROI using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Bird, and Eventtree

    • Update artist and brand websites with new content, releases, and announcements

    • Maintain profiles on platforms like Resident Advisor, Bandsintown, Laylo, Hoo.be, Komi, etc.

    • Manage email and SMS marketing campaigns

    • Coordinate with the design team on flyers and digital assets

    • Collaborate closely with artists and the creative team to align marketing with projects and events

    • Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging platform features


    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management (music industry strongly preferred)

    • Proficiency in Facebook/Instagram advertising and analytics tools

    • Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.) for content creation

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Creative mindset with a deep understanding of digital culture and trends

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

    • Available to work full-time in Eastern Time hours (9AM–5PM or 10AM–6PM)


    • A key role in shaping the digital presence of an influential brand in underground electronic music

    • Direct collaboration with artists and leadership

    • Full-time remote work with consistent hours

    • Room for creative ownership and innovation
