About the Company
Our client is an established global provider of specialized professional certifications, clinical training, and continuing education for licensed therapists, counselors, and medical practitioners. Through accredited virtual programs, conferences, and practitioner cohorts, the organization serves an international network of healthcare specialists across dozens of countries.
They are looking for a versatile Marketing Manager to drive professional enrollment, manage multi-channel promotional campaigns, coordinate email and social messaging, and optimize automated lead funnels.
Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will lead day-to-day campaign execution across email, social media, paid advertising, and website updates to promote educational cohorts, workshops, and virtual conferences. You will manage cross-channel promotional messaging, supervise chat and CRM automations (ManyChat), write promotional copy, and monitor campaign enrollment conversions.
This role requires a commercially minded marketer who can partner with leadership, maintain consistent brand standards, and guide prospective students through enrollment pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign & Event Marketing: Plan and execute marketing campaigns for upcoming professional certification cohorts, conferences, webinars, and training workshops.
- Email & CRM Campaigns: Write and deploy promotional newsletters, nurture sequences, and event reminders via email platforms, optimizing for open rates and enrollment conversions.
- Social Media & Community Management: Lead publishing across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Set up automated comment/DM responses and lead capture using conversational marketing tools (ManyChat).
- Paid Ads Oversight: Monitor and coordinate paid traffic campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube to maintain inquiry flow for certification cohorts.
- Website & Content Management: Maintain program landing pages, update course schedules, and publish event listings on web CMS platforms (Squarespace).
- SEO/GEO Optimization: Improve website search rankings and AI search visibility through keyword optimization and educational content syndication.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor registration KPIs, traffic attribution, and campaign ROI, presenting weekly insights to executive leadership.
Hard Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably within professional training, accredited education, e-learning, or conference/event marketing.
- Strong direct-response copywriting skills tailored to educated professional audiences (therapists, clinicians, counselors).
- Hands-on proficiency with CMS platforms (Squarespace or comparable) for landing page updates.
- Experience with conversational marketing and automation tools (ManyChat).
- Email marketing literacy (Flodesk or comparable ESPs) including segmentation and QA.
- Working familiarity with Meta and Google Ads managers.
- Fluent, professional English communication skills.
- Aligned with progressive, inclusive, and intersectional professional health education.

- Flodesk
- ManyChat
- Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
- Canva / Adobe Creative Suite
- Google Workspace & Analytics
Soft Skills
- Commercially driven with a sharp focus on enrollment deadlines and revenue targets.
- Highly organized project manager who thrives managing complex event calendars.
- Clear, assertive communicator with executive stakeholders.
- Independent problem-solver who troubleshoots workflow and automation snags.
- Empathetic and professional tone suitable for a healthcare practitioner audience.
About the Ideal Candidate
You are an organized campaign driver who knows how to fill cohorts and sell out events. You understand that marketing accredited certifications isn't about hype; it’s about clear value propositions, trust, and frictionless enrollment journeys.
You are just as comfortable writing an email sequence or adjusting a ManyChat automation as you are analyzing ad spend and updating event dates on Squarespace. You keep campaigns on schedule, protect enrollment timelines, and ensure prospective students receive clear, timely communication.
Why This Role Matters
Conferences, workshops, and certification programs are the commercial backbone of the organization. By driving visibility, automating student nurturing, and executing promotional calendars without missing a beat, this hire ensures cohort capacities are consistently maximized and clinicians worldwide find the specialized training they need.
