We are seeking a hands-on, execution-oriented Marketing Manager to own and drive our paid media, SEO, and digital marketing campaigns. Reporting directly to the COO, this role is ideal for a marketing savant who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys building marketing infrastructure from the ground up—especially for localized or small business-focused markets.
You won’t have direct reports (for now), but you will play a critical individual contributor role in shaping our digital presence and marketing effectiveness.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid search and paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
- Execute SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and improve search rankings.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns from concept through execution and reporting.
- Build and maintain the digital infrastructure necessary for scalable, localized marketing—including tracking, tagging, landing pages, and analytics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and iterate rapidly for performance improvement.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- 3–6 years of hands-on marketing experience with a focus on paid search, SEO, and campaign execution.
- Proven ability to implement and optimize campaigns across digital platforms with minimal supervision.
- Experience building marketing infrastructure for localized or small business environments.
- Analytical mindset with strong ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog), and tag managers.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- A “jack-of-all-trades” mentality with the ability to adapt, learn quickly, and jump into multiple aspects of the marketing function.
- Experience in B2C or SMB-focused industries.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Basic design or copywriting capabilities.
