We are a rapidly growing U.S.-based hearing healthcare company specializing in tinnitus and hearing care. Founded in 2020 by a doctor of audiology, we built a national telehealth practice that has treated more than 3,000 patients across more than 10,000 consultations.
We are now pairing that telehealth model with a growing network of in-person audiology clinics, built largely through acquisition, in New York, Connecticut, Philadelphia, Charlotte, and Silicon Valley. Patients find us through one of the largest tinnitus education channels on YouTube, along with email, SMS, direct mail, and our websites. Our care model is evidence-based, and our audiologists approve every email and SMS before it goes out.
About the Role
~1 min readThis role exists because our growth now outpaces our marketing operations. Every clinic we acquire needs its email, SMS, booking, tracking, listings, and website stood up and connected to our system, and today that work competes for time with everything else the growth team runs.
You will own that integration work and turn it into a repeatable playbook, so each new clinic launches faster and cleaner than the last. Alongside it, you will be the operator behind our day-to-day engine: lifecycle campaigns, YouTube publishing, social, website, and direct mail.
Our copy is already drafted with AI and approved by our audiologists, so the job is not writing. It is execution, accuracy, and systems: getting the right message to the right patients on time, with zero errors, and automating anything you find yourself doing twice. This frees our Head of Growth and marketing leads to focus on strategy and growth instead of setup and sends.

Requirements
~1 min read- 3+ years of hands-on marketing operations experience for a U.S. company, across email, SMS, and website
- Has personally built campaigns and automations, not just sent them, in a major ESP such as ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp
- Has sent SMS campaigns, either in a dedicated platform (SimpleTexting, Attentive, Postscript) or within an ESP
- Has set up or migrated marketing systems for a new business, location, or brand (ESP, CRM, tracking, listings)
- Has run social media accounts for a brand, including short-form video and scheduling tools
- Comfortable editing WordPress sites, with basic HTML and CSS
- Uses AI tools daily and can show real examples of automating their own work
- Excellent written English and strong attention to detail
- YouTube Studio and channel operations experience
- Elementor, Zapier or Make, Notion, Canva, Google Analytics 4, and Looker Studio
- Healthcare, multi-location, or local business marketing experience
- Post-acquisition or new-location marketing integration experience
- Familiarity with patient data privacy (HIPAA) and email and SMS consent rules
- Direct mail experience

You are:
- A systems builder. You see a repetitive task and automate it rather than doing it twice.
- Meticulous. You test the link, check the segment, and confirm the opt-outs before you hit send, every time.
- Comfortable owning a project end to end. You can take a new clinic from a blank checklist to a clean go-live without being chased.
- A proactive communicator. You flag blockers early, give clear status updates, and work well across time zones.
- A fast learner who works independently, picks up new platforms quickly, and hits deadlines.
- Someone who documents as you go, so the next launch is easier for you and for the team.
