About the Role: 

We are a fast-growing renewable energy firm looking for a high-agency Marketing Operations Project Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom. We aren't looking for someone who just checks boxes; we need a "driver" who can take a project from an initial idea to full execution without hand-holding. As our Marketing Ops PM, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution. You will manage the backend of our marketing engine, ensuring our tools are synced, our projects are on track in Asana, and our digital presence is up to date.

• →End-to-End Ownership: Manage marketing projects from the planning phase through to final delivery.
• →Tool Management: Oversee and optimize our marketing stack (MailChimp, HubSpot, and Asana).
• →Web Maintenance: Perform basic backend updates on WordPress (no coding required, but you should be comfortable navigating the CMS).
• →Workflow Optimization: Build and maintain project timelines to ensure the team meets all UK-aligned deadlines.
• →High-Agency Execution: Proactively identify bottlenecks and solve them before they impact delivery.
   

• Experience: 2–4 years in Project Coordination or Junior Project Management, ideally within a marketing or operations context.
• The "Agency" Factor: You are a self-starter. You don't wait for permission to move a project forward—you drive it.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in HubSpot, MailChimp, and Asana.
• Web Literacy: Comfortable making basic updates to WordPress sites.
• Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a UK-based team.
• Local Presence: Must be based in (or willing to relocate to) Nairobi to help build our local hub.
