Position : Marketing Specialist 

Work Hours (Client) : Mountain Standard Timezone (40 hours/week)  

Pay Range : $2,000–$3,000 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Location of Search :Latin America

Work Location : REMOTE

Company/Client Overview:

The Company is a bootstrapped apparel brand that has grown from $20k in annual sales in 2019 to $400k in 2023. The business is at a stage where operational complexity (finance, inventory, marketing execution) is limiting strategic growth. The goal is to build a small, experienced offshore team to support continued scale.

Duties and Responsibilities:

This role focuses on email marketing, creative execution, and brand asset development.

• Design, build, and manage email campaigns in Klaviyo.
• Develop and A/B test email flows to improve retention and revenue.
• Edit video ads (currently consuming 10–20+ hours per week of the founder’s time).
• Design brand assets including:
  • Hang tags
  • Labels
  • Size charts
  • Ad graphics
• Build a brand guidelines deck for onboarding a new ad agency.

Minimum Requirements:

Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills

Education: Bachelor's Degree (ideally)

Experience: 4+ years of related Marketing experience 

• Ability to execute email campaigns
• A/B testing in Klaviyo
• Experience in designing assets and video editing
• Proactive, solution-focused, and comfortable working independently.
• Experience scaling small to mid-sized e-commerce brands.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong execution mindset with attention to detail.
