We are seeking a highly skilled MarTech Specialist to drive the technical and analytical aspects of our marketing technology stack. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating, optimizing, and managing MarTech tools, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance marketing effectiveness. This position sits at the intersection of marketing, data engineering, and analytics, requiring both technical expertise and strategic thinking.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, integrate, and maintain MarTech tools such as CRM, CDP, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).

  • Work with APIs to connect and synchronize marketing platforms (Salesforce, Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.).

  • Build and manage data pipelines to facilitate seamless data flow between marketing, sales, and analytics systems.

  • Implement and maintain tracking, tagging, and analytics scripts (Google Tag Manager, JavaScript, SQL) to enhance data accuracy and insights.

  • Optimize website performance to improve data collection through A/B testing, personalization tools, and automation.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.

  • Analyze marketing data to measure campaign performance, customer behavior, and ROI.

  • Develop and maintain marketing analytics dashboards and reports using BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).

  • Implement customer segmentation strategies based on behavioral and transactional data to improve targeting and personalization.

  • Automate marketing workflows to enhance efficiency and engagement.

  • Provide actionable insights to optimize conversion rates, customer journeys, and overall marketing performance.

  • Collaborate with growth marketing teams to improve the efficiency of digital marketing initiatives.


Requirements

  • Coding & Scripting: Proficiency in SQL, Python, JavaScript (for tracking and automation).

  • Data Management: Experience working with data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.

  • APIs & Integrations: Hands-on experience with REST APIs and Webhooks for MarTech tool integrations.

  • Marketing Automation: Expertise in platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.

  • Tag Management & Tracking: Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Facebook Pixel, and Google Analytics (GA4).

  • Business Intelligence & Reporting: Strong knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

  • Digital Advertising: Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and attribution tracking.

  • SEO & CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization): Experience with A/B testing, personalization tools, and website performance optimization.

  • Customer Journey Mapping: Ability to analyze and optimize customer interactions across multiple touchpoints.

  • Attribution Modeling: Experience with multi-touch attribution and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).
