Plan, set up, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google.

Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.

Execute budget pacing and scaling strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Collaborate with internal teams to align media execution with broader marketing strategies.

Implement A/B testing and structured experimentation to improve campaign outcomes.

Prepare regular performance reports and clearly communicate insights and recommendations.

Maintain accurate and organized documentation of campaigns, tests, and changes.

Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.
Requirements

2–5 years of hands-on experience in media buying or paid media management.

Experience managing campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into action.

Experience managing monthly ad budgets.

Working knowledge of tracking, attribution, pixels, and basic funnel structures.

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.

Clear and professional communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

Comfort collaborating with cross-functional or remote teams.
