We are seeking a calm, detail-oriented Operations Controller – Overnight Coordinator based in the Philippines to cover overnight operational shifts (8:00 PM to 8:00 AM UK time / 3:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT).

Working a 4-days-on, 4-days-off rotating schedule, you will serve as the primary operational contact during night hours. You will handle incoming inquiries, manage driver schedule adjustments due to flight delays, coordinate with overseas partners, and complete routine back-office admin during quiet periods.
