About the Role

- Manage logistics including shipments, stock movement, and access coordination
- Monitor workflows and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Handle scheduling changes and resolve operational issues quickly
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Provide timely, professional, and solution-focused responses
- Escalate complex issues when necessary and ensure resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements
