Working Hours: 8AM - 8PM EST (Flexible during the core business hours)

Salary Range: $1,500 - $2,000 Base/Month + Uncapped Commissions ($3,200 – $4,000+ OTE)

We are building a high-performance outbound sales machine to target the $1M–$10M residential contractor market (HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing, Electrical). We don’t run a factory of micromanaged callers reading robotic scripts. We are a lean, outcome-driven team that values extreme autonomy, strategic thinking, and flawless execution.

 

About the Role: 

We are looking for an elite, high-performing Outbound Sales Campaign Strategist & BDR Lead based in Latin America to architect, execute, and own our outbound sales pipeline. We are hiring a strategist who brings a battle-tested playbook for cracking open the home services industry.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of designing multi-channel outreach campaigns targeting blue-collar business owners and possesses the skills to write high-converting scripts, build out sequences, and independently manage data and tech stacks. Your sole metric of success is scaling and maintaining a pipeline that consistently delivers 12 to 15 highly qualified, completed meetings per month for our internal closer.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Architecture & Ownership: Build, test, and own the outbound strategy from day one. Design and execute high-converting multi-channel cadences (combining cold calling, SMS, strategic email, and LinkedIn outreach) tailored specifically to the $1M–$10M contractor market.
  • Scripting & Content Iteration: Independently write, test, and continuously optimize cold-calling scripts, email templates, and messaging cadences based on data-driven results without requiring founder intervention.
  • High-Volume Execution: Maintain a consistent daily baseline of 80–100 outbound touchpoints while managing your own pipeline and target data lists.
  • Tech Stack Optimization: Recommend, deploy, and manage the outbound tech stack (e.g., dialers, data scraping tools, CRM tracking) to maximize efficiency and pipeline visibility.
  • Tight Prospect Qualification: Audit and filter prospects rigorously to ensure every meeting dropped onto our closer's calendar meets our strict target demographic criteria ($1M–$10M in revenue).

Requirements

  • Proven Blue-Collar Track Record (Non-Negotiable): Minimum 2+ years of experience successfully prospecting to U.S.-based home service businesses, contractors, or blue-collar owners in the $1M–$10M revenue range. You must intimately understand their daily schedules, operational headaches, and pain points.
  • The "Playbook Portfolio": Ability to demonstrate or clearly explain an outbound campaign blueprint you previously built and executed that successfully generated 12–15+ qualified meetings per month in a similar B2B niche.
  • English Fluency: Absolute native-level verbal and written English fluency with an exceptional grasp of American business culture, conversational nuance, and active listening.
  • Tech Stack Mastery: Advanced proficiency with modern sales tools (e.g., Apollo.io, GoHighLevel/HubSpot, seamless dialers, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Analytical Mindset: Highly numbers-driven. Ability to analyze connection rates, open rates, and reply rates to diagnose pipeline bottlenecks and self-correct campaign strategy.
  • Location: Aligned preferably with top nearshore talent pools (e.g., Colombia, Costa Rica, Panama, Mexico).

What We Offer

Competitive Base Salary: $1,500 – $2,000 USD per month (commensurate with senior/lead-level strategic experience).
Uncapped Performance Incentives: $100 – $150 bonus for every qualified meeting booked that successfully shows up and sits through the pitch.
Closed-Deal Commission: An additional $250 cash kicker for every meeting you source that converts into an active client.
Realistic Target Earnings: Top performers realistically earn $3,200 to $4,000+ USD per month by hitting the 12–15 completed meetings target.
True Autonomy: We care about meetings completed and revenue generated, not micromanaging your day. You own the strategy.
