Duties and Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Paid Media Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts, with a core focus on Google and Meta Ads. This role is essential in driving high-ROI campaigns that support growth across our digital channels. Experience in multi-location retail or healthcare environments is highly preferred, given the nature of our campaigns and audience.
- Strategic planning, execution/launching, and optimization of paid digital media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Local Map Ads, Performance Max, Local Service Ads, YouTube, etce), Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other digital media.
- Create and present campaign recommendations to leadership team.
- Build and manage complex digital campaign structures.
- Daily optimization of all digital media.
- Own the implementation of tracking pixels.
- Manage and track campaign budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROI and decrease CPC/CPA.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics daily and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
- Create and maintain weekly dashboards to show end-to-end campaign conversions, highlighting weekly insights and optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations and clinical teams to optimize campaigns, ad copy, landing pages, and user flows
- Develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention through paid channels
- Stay on top of industry insights, trends, algorithm updates, and emerging ad formats
- Conduct A/B testing and implement learnings to improve campaign outcomes
Minimum Requirements:
Language requirement: Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, as all roles will involve collaboration with the US-based team (accent is acceptable)
Experience: 5+ years of related experience
Industry: Retail or Healthcare (preferred)
- 5 years of hands-on experience related to the role
- Expert level experience managing Google and Meta Ads campaigns (non-negotiable)
- Proven success managing paid media in multi-location retail or healthcare industries
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize based on performance
- Expert proficiency with ad management tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, Looker Studio)
- Experience managing six-figure ad budgets
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Availability for daily meetings/check-ins required during US-based business hours
