Our client is a high-growth, innovative beauty brand redefining how consumers discover and experience cutting-edge beauty products. Operating globally, our revenue is dynamically spread across three major pillars: Amazon (40%), Direct-to-Consumer Ecommerce (30%), and Wholesale & Retail (30%). You can find our products on the shelves of premier national retailers, major pharmacy chains, trendy lifestyle stores, and hundreds of independent boutiques worldwide via wholesale marketplaces.
They operate as a lean, agile team of ~10 high-performing contributors distributed across the US, Colombia, Austria, and the Philippines. Rather than building bloated departments, we hire exceptional specialists who take extreme ownership, move fast, and drive results.
As they enter the next phase of rapid scaling, we are transitioning critical growth functions in-house after years of working with agency partners. We are looking for builders who think like founders, proactively solve complex problems, and relentlessly optimize performance.
You will work directly alongside an entrepreneurial, hands-on founding team:
- Co-Founder A: Oversees Operations, Finance, Legal, and Administration.
- Co-Founder B: Leads Marketing, Branding, Partnerships, and Creative Strategy.
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to fully own customer acquisition and performance marketing across Meta and Google Ads.
Unlike standard media-buying roles that focus purely on button-pushing execution, this role requires someone who seamlessly blends high-level growth strategy with aggressive, hands-on channel optimization. You will inherit mature advertising accounts with a monthly ad spend ranging between $30,000 and $80,000+ (depending on seasonality) and will be given full autonomy to scale performance efficiently.
The mandate is clear: Own paid acquisition as if it were your own business.
