Creative Briefing: Author clear, structured design briefs for our creative team, guiding the production of static images, GIFs, and video assets, while providing constructive feedback to match brand guidelines.

Workflow Organization: Manage your daily task velocity within Asana, coming to internal one-on-ones fully prepared with clear priorities, documented blockers, and system recommendations.

Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in paid media, PPC, or performance marketing, with a mandatory specialization in B2B marketing.

Core Ad Platform Mastery: Proven track record of managing meaningful ad budgets directly inside LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads manager suites.

CRM & Tool Infrastructure: Direct experience generating reports and navigating sales pipelines inside HubSpot and/or Salesforce. Fluent with Slack, Asana, Google Sheets, and AI tools (such as Claude) to maximize execution leverage.

Revenue Orientation: The ability to look past superficial metrics (clicks, impressions, cost-per-lead) to connect paid strategy directly to enterprise pipeline growth and revenue.

Communication Mastery: Flawless written and verbal English communication skills. You are highly comfortable in front of clients and express data-backed strategies with confidence and professional warmth.

Operating Style: Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and deadline-driven. You excel in fast-moving agency or consultancy environments where you are expected to bring recommendations to the table rather than waiting for direction.

Accuracy & Speed: Campaigns are built, audited, and launched flawlessly on schedule.

Pipeline Impact: Performance insights and campaign adjustments are tightly mapped to client revenue metrics, not just vanity leads.

Account Consistency: Client data and dashboards are verified and updated on a fixed weekly cadence with zero reminders.
