Location: Fully Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time IC
Schedule: Core morning overlap with U.S. Eastern Time required
We are a long-established U.S.-based luxury women's fashion retailer with more than six decades of brick-and-mortar heritage and a rapidly growing ecommerce business. Under third-generation ownership, the company has entered a new chapter — a newly opened flagship boutique, a modernized brand identity, and an online store that has become a central growth priority.
We carry a curated mix of premium contemporary and designer labels alongside accessories, handbags, shoes, and jewelry. Our customer expects a refined, personal experience whether she is shopping in-store or online, and our digital presence is held to that same standard.
About the Role
~1 min readPaid media has been managed by an outside agency. We are bringing it in-house to gain faster iteration, tighter brand control, and a partner who understands our customer rather than one who manages us alongside dozens of other accounts.
This role owns paid acquisition across Google and Meta and supports the storefront work that paid traffic depends on — building sale pages, seasonal landing pages, and campaign-specific collections inside Shopify. Google currently performs well for us. Meta is the growth opportunity and a stated focus.
This is a builder's role. You will not have a paid media manager above you or a developer beside you. You will own the channel, measure it honestly, and improve it.
Responsibilities
~2 min readPaid Media Strategy & Management
- →Own strategy, build, and day-to-day management of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Remarketing)
- →Own and scale Meta Ads across prospecting and retargeting, including audience structure and creative testing
- →Manage budget pacing, bid strategy, and allocation across channels
- →Maintain and optimize product feeds for Google Shopping and the Meta catalog
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- →Track ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, and revenue contribution by channel
- →Deliver a clear recurring performance report written for a non-technical audience
- →Run structured A/B tests on creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages
- →Identify what is working and recommend where to spend more or pull back
Shopify Site & Landing Page Development (Light)
- →Build and publish sale pages, seasonal landing pages, and campaign pages within our existing Shopify theme
- →Make theme-level updates and layout adjustments
- →Troubleshoot Shopify app issues and conflicts
- →Ensure pages are mobile-optimized, on-brand, and built for conversion
Creative & Brand Collaboration
- →Partner with the internal team on ad creative that reflects a luxury fashion aesthetic
- →Adapt brand and product assets into ad and landing page formats
- →Ensure consistency between ad creative, landing page, and on-site experience
SEO & Organic Support
- →Maintain on-page SEO fundamentals across product, collection, and landing pages
- →Monitor site performance and technical SEO health
- →Identify organic opportunities that complement paid spend
Requirements
~1 min read- 3+ years managing Google Ads and Meta Ads with direct budget ownership
- Demonstrated ecommerce or DTC paid media experience with revenue accountability, not lead-gen only
- Hands-on Shopify experience, including building pages within an existing theme
- Fluency with AI-assisted build and design tools to execute light development work independently
- Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and GA4
- Product feed management experience (Google Merchant Center, Meta catalog)
- Excellent written and spoken English; able to explain performance to a non-technical owner
- Reliable, self-directed work habits with minimal supervision
- Experience in women's fashion, apparel, luxury, or premium retail
- Klaviyo experience
- Working knowledge of Shopify Liquid, HTML, or CSS
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification
- Conversion rate optimization and landing page testing experience
- Canva or Figma proficiency
You are commercially minded and creatively fluent. You read a performance dashboard and a lookbook with equal comfort, and you understand that a luxury customer does not respond to discount-driven, high-volume advertising.
You are self-directed. You are replacing an agency, which means no one will hand you a campaign calendar — you will build it, run it, and report on it.
You are resourceful with technology. When something needs to be built and there is no developer available, you find a way to build it well rather than escalating it.
You are a clear communicator. You translate performance data into plain language and recommendations, not jargon.
You have taste. You can look at a landing page and know whether it feels right for a high-end women's fashion brand.
What We Offer
~1 min readYou will own a growing digital channel for a heritage brand at a genuine inflection point, working directly with ownership with short decision cycles and visible impact. This is a long-term role on a small, collaborative team that treats remote team members as full members of the business.
