Part-time Customer Service Representative 65839354525
Quick Summary
30–4 PM PT). Customer Support Answer inbound customer emails using the existing email templates, price lists, MOQ guides, and help desk tools.
About the Role
~2 min readOur client is a Los Angeles-based apparel manufacturer that makes all its products in the US. Most of its business (about 99%) is B2B wholesale, and it has a small, growing direct-to-consumer channel through its website. The company also offers screen printing, embroidery, and private-label manufacturing for brands of all sizes.
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service & Order Entry Representative to join its customer service team. The main focus of the role is entering a high volume of customer orders into the company’s ERP. Many larger wholesale customers send purchase orders by email, and each one has to be entered manually. Taking on this work will free up the experienced in-house team to handle more complex customer issues.
The role also includes answering customer emails using existing templates and tools, and setting up and checking new wholesale accounts. Communication is almost all by email. Phone calls are rare.
This role suits someone methodical and reliable who enjoys process-driven work and takes pride in getting the details right. The team will provide clear, step-by-step SOPs. You should be comfortable following them closely and pointing out anything that doesn’t add up. This is the company’s first offshore hire, and the team expects to add more roles if it goes well.
