About the company
This is an established, industry-recognized online training provider that helps midlife career changers, primarily women aged 45–65 in the UK and Ireland, transition into professional celebrancy.
The company offers premium, self-paced certification programs (£1.5k–£3k) that combine online study materials, one-to-one expert mentoring, and business launch support. The business is profitable, growing, and generates a consistent flow of warm inbound leads through paid media and content.
The team is now adding a Pathway Advisor to convert high-intent leads through structured consultation calls
Role Overview
The Celebrant Pathway Advisor is a remote closer responsible for:
- Speaking with warm, pre‑qualified leads (no cold prospecting).
- Understanding their goals, concerns, and timelines.
- Advising whether celebrancy and AMC are the right fit.
- Enrolling suitable candidates into the correct certification programme.
Our buyers are thoughtful, risk‑averse mid‑career professionals, not “salesy” entrepreneurs. You must be able to guide them through a considered decision with empathy and structure, not pressure.
Key Responsibilitites
- Conduct 20–30 minute video calls (“Pathway Calls”) with leads tagged as high intent (“Green”) from our quiz and webinar funnels.
- Follow a structured consultation framework:
- Understand current situation, motivations, and fears.
- Clarify goals, timeline, and constraints (time, money, confidence).
- Present the appropriate AMC programme and answer questions clearly.
- Help them make a decision and, where appropriate, complete enrolment.
- Diligently work your pipeline:
- Follow up with no‑shows and fence‑sitters (email / SMS / WhatsApp / phone).
- Maintain clean notes and deal stages in our CRM (ActiveCampaign).
- Proactively contact warm past leads when new promos / webinars are relevant.
- Collaborate with the owners on:
- Improving the call script and objection handling.
- Feeding back patterns you see on calls (objections, messaging gaps).
- Meet and exceed agreed KPIs:
- % of Green leads booked to calls.
- Call show rate.
- Close rate on qualified calls.
- Monthly cash collected from your deals.
- You will use:
- ActiveCampaign (CRM / lead routing)
- Calendly (scheduling)
- Zoom (calls)
Requirements
~2 min read- Minimum 1 year experience closing high‑ticket offers (£1,500+ per sale) in online education / Info products / coaching / group programmes (not just agency retainers or B2B).
- Proven track record of handling 25 - 40 sales calls per week on inbound or pre‑qualified leads with a strong close rate.
- Comfortable selling to non‑sales audiences: teachers, nurses, public sector, professionals in mid‑career transition.
- Clear, articulate spoken English; able to build rapport quickly with 45–65 year‑old UK women.
- Consultative, not aggressive: you can challenge and lead, but you respect the buyer and their pace.
- Organised and methodical: you work your pipeline daily, follow up until you get a clear yes/no, and keep your CRM clean.
- Coachability: willing to roleplay, listen to call reviews, and iterate scripts.
- Owner mindset: commission‑heavy is not new to you; you understand your income is tied to your output.

- Commission earning potential: £3,500 - £6,500 /month
- 80 - 120 calls @ 22% - 25% close rate
- “On current lead volume alone:
- A decent closer should be in the £3–4k/month range.

- A top performer with good show and close rates could push £8–10k+/month as we scale webinars and ads.

We expect that a strong closer hitting target volume and close rates will earn a healthy full‑time income from this role
