As the Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across multiple high-impact channels. You’ll manage paid advertising, drive performance marketing strategies, create engaging content, and help grow our brand presence and revenue online. This is a highly technical and creative individual contributor role.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Google Search, Google Shopping, Amazon, Walmart, & eBay.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies to improve ROI and conversion rates.
- Handle the process of booking and finding local partners to create advertising opportunities.
- Manage collaborations with influencers to drive traffic towards Instagram and TikTok.
- Create engaging, on-brand content for social media, email, and website campaigns.
- Collaborate on video and photo content for ads, campaigns, and organic posts.
- Develop and execute content calendars across platforms including TikTok.
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns from concept to execution, including audience segmentation, design, and A/B testing (e.g., Klaviyo/Mailchimp).
- Develop and manage affiliate partnerships to expand reach and increase revenue, including tracking affiliate performance and commission structures.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis (Google Analytics proficiency required).
- Marketplace Management (Bonus): Experience with selling, listing optimization, and advertising on Amazon, Walmart, and eBay is a STRONG plus.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in an e-commerce or consumer brand environment.
- Proven experience running and optimizing Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search & Shopping), and TikTok campaigns.
- Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
- Proficiency in content creation (social media, photo, and video concepts).
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for company growth and strategy.
