About the Role

We are a venture-backed company building a new category in product personalization. We enable merchants to offer customization directly to customers during checkout—powering everything from the front-end experience to production and fulfillment.

We work with leading retail and eCommerce brands to execute personalization programs across embroidery, engraving, UV print, and other decoration methods. As we scale, we’re looking for a Production Manager to lead production operations, manage sample development, and oversee retail and B2B program execution.


What You’ll Do

As Production Manager, you will oversee daily production operations and ensure retail, DTC, and B2B programs are executed seamlessly from sample through shipment.

You will own the coordination of samples, product builds, and B2B production runs—ensuring quality, accuracy, and timelines are met across all merchant programs.

This role requires someone who understands how retail products are built, how sampling cycles work, and how to manage multiple merchant workflows at once.


Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and floor workflow management.
• Own and manage sample development, testing, revisions, and merchant approvals.
• Lead execution of B2B and wholesale orders, ensuring accuracy, timeline adherence, and quality control.
• Manage intake, tracking, and fulfillment of high-volume B2B personalization orders.
• Guide the build and rollout of new retail products and personalization programs.
• Coordinate directly with merchant-facing teams to align on expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure quality standards are upheld across embroidery, engraving, UV printing, and other decoration methods.
• Monitor inventory levels, production capacity, and order prioritization.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable production processes.
• Maintain visibility and reporting across samples, B2B orders, and retail production runs.

Your Expertise

• 4+ years of experience in production management, retail product development, or operations.
• Direct experience managing samples and B2B / wholesale production orders.
• Background working with retail or eCommerce brands.
• Strong understanding of retail timelines, approvals, and production cycles.
• Experience overseeing production teams or coordinating across departments.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple merchant programs simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality control standards.
• Experience with ERP systems, inventory tracking, or operational tools is a plus.
