The Role 

We are seeking a high-agency, hyper-organized Project Manager to lead complex workstreams in a fast-paced environment. This is a high-visibility role with strong interpersonal skills, as you will be the primary point of contact for internal leadership and external global partners. You are not just a "task tracker"—you are a navigator. You excel at taking high-level, ambiguous goals and dismantling them into actionable plans, timelines, and clear ownership. If you have a bias toward action and a "ship-it" mentality, you will thrive here.

Candidate Profile & Requirements Experience:

• 3+ years running projects specifically within CPG, E-commerce, or Wellness. (Direct experience in the Pet Industry is a significant advantage).
• You must be able to hold your own in external-facing negotiations and internal strategy sessions with zero language barrier.
• Execution Style: You possess a strong bias toward action. You would rather ship a 90% solution today and iterate than wait two weeks for a 100% solution. 
• Technical Proficiency: You are a "power user" of modern PM tools (e.g., Notion, Airtable, ClickUp) and can build efficient workflows within them. Adaptability: 
• You are comfortable with ambiguity and can pivot quickly as project requirements evolve. 

Key Responsibilities Workstream Management:

• Simultaneously drive 8–15 active projects from inception to completion without dropping a single thread. 
• Strategic Planning: Architect project plans from the ground up. You can turn a vague need (e.g., "We need to figure out packaging for the new line") into a detailed roadmap with deadlines and assigned owners. 
• Vendor & Supplier Relations: Act as the lead point of contact for international vendors, managing timelines and deliverables across various global time zones. 
• High-Level Communication: Write clear, professional project briefs, status updates, and Slack communications. You ensure everyone—from stakeholders to suppliers—is perfectly aligned. 
• System Architecture: Maintain and optimize our project management stack (Airtable, Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or Linear) to ensure it remains the "source of truth."
