About the Role

As the Research Coordinator, you will be the central nervous system of our outreach efforts, managing the logistics and performance of our in-field and phone research teams. This is a high-energy role that blends project management with people leadership, requiring you to turn complex campaign goals into actionable instructions. Key Responsibilities

• Orchestrate Research Teams: Coordinate the daily schedules and deployment of in-field and phone researchers to ensure 100% coverage of campaign targets.

• Deliver Clear Technical Instructions: Translate campaign objectives into easy-to-follow protocols, ensuring all researchers understand their scripts, data entry requirements, and safety guidelines.

• Oversee Project Lifecycles: Manage small-scale project functions, tracking milestones and adjusting resources in real-time to meet aggressive outreach deadlines.

• Monitor Performance & Quality: Supervise team output to ensure data integrity and outreach quality, providing immediate feedback and coaching to researchers.

• Streamline Field Communications: Act as the primary point of contact for researchers, resolving logistical issues and providing the support they need to succeed in the field.

• Optimize Operations: Identify bottlenecks in the outreach process and implement rapid solutions to improve team efficiency and data collection speeds.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years of Experience in project coordination, field team management, or research operations (Required).

• Exceptional Communication Skills: Proven ability to provide clear, concise instructions and manage diverse teams across various platforms (Required).

• Strong Organizational Prowess: A track record of managing complex schedules and multi-faceted projects with high attention to detail (Required).

• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and solve problems quickly without waiting for constant direction (Required).

• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, scheduling software, and communication platforms (Required).
