Public Liaison Officer

The successful candidate must be willing to relocate from Latin America to Ireland.

The company will support and manage the relocation process for the successful candidate.

This is not a remote position. Once hired, the candidate will be expected to work on-site in Dublin, Ireland and across project locations as required.

• →Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and local stakeholders, including residents, businesses, and elected representatives.
• →Facilitate clear, timely, and effective communication regarding project activities, timelines, and impacts.
• →Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and local authorities to address public concerns and ensure minimal disruption.
• →Organize and participate in community engagement events, public information sessions, and site visits.
• →Maintain detailed records of stakeholder interactions and assist in resolving issues or complaints efficiently.
• →Provide ongoing updates and reports to project managers and other internal teams.

• Prior experience in a liaison, community engagement, or stakeholder management role—preferably within the civil engineering or utilities sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with the public, business owners, and political representatives.
• Ability to manage sensitive or complex issues with professionalism and diplomacy.
• Familiarity with infrastructure or construction projects is highly desirable.
• Full driving licence.
