We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Data Analyst / Virtual Assistant to support the expansion from direct client services to a broader consumer-based market. This role focuses on abstracting, compiling, and quality-checking commercial real estate data from multiple sources into a proprietary database.

The ideal candidate has experience with real estate data platforms, can work independently, and ensures data accuracy and consistency. This is a growth-oriented position with the potential to evolve into a full data analyst role as operations scale.

Data Entry & Research (Primary Focus)

• →Extract data from multiple sources, including PDF files, US public records, and third-party real estate websites
   
• →Abstract essential property and transaction information and compile it into a centralized database
   
• →Ensure consistency and accuracy of data against existing datasets
   
• →Use platforms such as Crexi, CoStar, and other CRE data sources
   
• →Complete data entry tasks following established formats and standards
   

Data Quality & Management

• →Assess the accuracy and quality of collected data
   
• →Cross-reference multiple sources to verify consistency
   
• →Identify and flag discrepancies or incomplete records
   
• →Maintain database integrity by following established data standards
   

Communication & Reporting

• →Provide consistent updates on work progress and task completion
   
• →Summarize completed work clearly and concisely
   
• →Participate in US-based meetings as required
   
• →Proactively communicate challenges, questions, or issues

Must-Have Skills

• Proven ability to extract data from various sources (PDFs, US public records, third-party websites)
   
• Experience with real estate data and data platforms (CoStar, Crexi, Skip Tracing, etc.)
   
• Strong ability to assess data quality and maintain consistency with existing datasets
   
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
   
• Ability to summarize work and provide regular progress updates
   
• Clear English communication (written and verbal)
   
• Proficiency with data entry tools and database management
   

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Background or exposure to the commercial real estate industry
   
• Familiarity with net lease properties or triple net (NNN) leases
   
• Experience with US-based real estate markets
   
• Previous virtual assistant or remote work experience
   
• Knowledge of real estate terminology and property types
