Location: Remote (LATAM or PH)
Reports To: Attorney / Legal Team
Hours: Full-Time 40hrs/week aligned to US business hours
Compensation: PH: $1,200 – $1,800/month | LATAM: $2,000 – $3,200/month (The final offer is at the client’s discretion and depends on the candidate’s interview result, skills, and experience.)

Role Overview / Context for Candidate
The Real Estate Paralegal will play a critical role in supporting commercial lease review and the initial drafting of Purchase and Sale Agreements (PSAs). This position ensures attorneys can focus on high-level analysis by managing document preparation, review, and preliminary drafting with meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate thrives in a remote environment, can manage multiple tasks independently, and is comfortable working with U.S. legal documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review commercial lease agreements, highlighting obligations, deadlines, and potential risks.
   
• Draft initial versions of PSAs and other real estate contracts.
   
• Assist with document management, organization, and version control.
   
• Conduct basic due diligence and legal research to support transactions.
   
• Maintain accuracy, clarity, and compliance across all legal documentation.
   

Hard Skills / Technical Requirements

• 3+ years of U.S.-focused real estate law or commercial transaction experience.
   
• Strong command of legal terminology, contract structure, and drafting.
   
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, DocuSign, and PDF/document management tools.
   
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
