We are seeking a highly articulate and personable Remote Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional English communication skills and a friendly, engaging personality. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting interviews with candidates for various positions, with a primary focus on U.S.-based applicants. You will follow a structured set of questions and play a crucial role in our initial candidate screening process.

  Candidate Interviews: Conduct remote interviews with prospective candidates, following a pre-defined set of questions to assess their qualifications, experience, and soft skills.

  English Fluency: Communicate with a high level of English proficiency that is indistinguishable from a native speaker, ensuring a professional and seamless experience for all candidates.

  Personality & Professionalism: Create a positive and comfortable environment for candidates, representing the company's values with a kind and professional demeanor.

  Documentation: Accurately document candidate responses and provide clear, concise feedback to the hiring team.

  Collaboration: Work closely with the hiring team to understand their specific needs and refine the interview process as necessary.

• Experience: Proven experience in interviewing, recruiting, or a similar role is preferred.

• Communication: Exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken (9/10 or 10/10 proficiency). Spanish proficiency is a plus.

• Technical Skills: Comfortable using video conferencing software and other online tools for interviewing.

• Personal Attributes: Must be personable, kind, and professional.

• Work Ethic: Reliable and punctual, with the ability to manage a consistent interview schedule.
