Role Description:
We are seeking a strong and motivated Recruiter to work directly with exceptional candidates. This role will give you the opportunity to engage with top talent and leading start-ups in the AI space. You will:

  • Communicate with top talent via email, phone, and video calls.
  • Understand candidates’ skills, experiences, and career goals to match them with the perfect opportunities in our network.
  • Build and maintain relationships with companies in our network to understand their hiring needs.
     

You will primarily focus on software engineers and GTM (Go-to-Market) talent in the US. As part of our early-stage team, you will work closely with the founders and gain hands-on experience in building and scaling an AI start-up.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, or sales (e.g., managing lead lists, sourcing, or interviewing candidates).
  • Must​​​​​​​ have at least 2 years of experience working with US clients, ideally as part of a US boutique firm.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Comfortable working in a start-up setting with scrappy processes and evolving structures.
