• →Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead financial planning and analysis for our multi-state storage facilities, ensuring alignment with growth and profitability goals.
• →Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support forecasting and key business decisions.
• →Operational & Business Insight: Collaborate with operations and business development teams to integrate financial insights with strategic objectives.
• →Tax Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance for multiple entities, including our management company and private equity structure.
• →Financial Projections: Provide detailed financial projections, including revenue forecasts, cost analysis, capital requirements, and ROI evaluations for ongoing and new projects.
• →Investment Analysis & Underwriting: Conduct in-depth financial analysis for new acquisition opportunities, including property valuation, financing options, and preparation of underwriting materials for investors and lenders.
• →Investor Relations & Fundraising: Support capital raising efforts by engaging with investors and financial institutions, overseeing investor reporting, and maintaining strong investor relations.
• →Real Estate Portfolio Oversight: Manage the financial performance of our $100 million real estate portfolio, delivering strategic financial analysis and growth tracking.
• →Growth Strategy: Contribute to our rapid expansion strategy, aiming to grow to over 200 self-storage facilities within the next five years.

• Advanced Financial Modelling: Proficient in advanced Excel, with strong financial modelling and forecasting capabilities.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Proven experience in FP&A, ideally within real estate or self-storage industries.
• Tax Compliance & Financial Reporting: Strong knowledge of tax compliance, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.
• Operational Insight: Ability to work cross-functionally and understand financial impacts on different departments.
• Investment & Capital Raising Experience: Experience in investor relations and capital raising, including working with private equity and banks.
• Financial Analysis & Underwriting: In-depth expertise in financial analysis, underwriting, and asset valuation.
• High-Growth Environment Experience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with excellent attention to detail.
• Autonomy & Accountability: Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, demonstrating strong ownership and accountability.
