You’re a confident sales professional who enjoys the front end of the sales process — finding opportunities, starting conversations, qualifying prospects, booking meetings, and relentlessly following up.
You don't need to be the person who closes the final deal. Instead, you take pride in making sure the right opportunities reach the closer at the right time, with the right information, and that no good opportunity gets lost afterward.
You’re comfortable picking up the phone, speaking with business owners, handling objections, and following up multiple times without losing your professionalism.
Most importantly, you're someone who can take ownership of the sales support function and make the VP of Sales more productive, more focused, and more effective.
The company is entering a period where lead generation is increasing, making consistent sales follow-up increasingly important.
This role will help bridge the gap between marketing-generated interest and revenue, ensuring that new opportunities are acted on quickly, qualified appropriately, and followed through with discipline.
For the right person, this is an opportunity to become a key part of a growing sales operation, work directly alongside senior leadership, and have a measurable impact on the company's pipeline and revenue growth.
